Leadership Lounge: Women’s Book Club #1 Hosted by JCI Limerick Secretary Barbara Malesic

After a successful launch event where we introduced the vision of the Leadership Lounge to the wider public, it’s time to begin our first official book‑club session. This gathering is designed for women aged 18–39 who want to grow, reflect, and connect through leadership literature.

This is a beginner‑friendly, safe, and supportive space where every woman—whether a student, professional, entrepreneur, or someone simply curious about self‑improvement—can share her thoughts, learn from others, and explore new perspectives. You don’t need any previous book‑club experience. We build the flow together, chapter by chapter, voice by voice.
