Leadership Lounge: Women’s Book Club #2

Following a wonderful first meeting, the JCI Limerick Leadership Lounge Women’s Book Club returns for its second session!

Hosted by JCI Limerick Secretary Barbara Malesic, the Leadership Lounge creates a welcoming and supportive space for women aged 18–39 to connect, reflect and grow together through conversations around leadership, personal development and shared experiences.

Our first meeting brought together women from different backgrounds for an open and thoughtful discussion about leadership and the challenges women face in today’s world. Now, we’re continuing the conversation — and new participants are very welcome.

What to Expect

• Guided conversation around leadership and personal development
• Opportunities to share your own perspectives and experiences
• A supportive space to listen and learn from other women
• The chance to meet and connect with women in Limerick

There is no pressure to speak and no previous book-club experience is required. Whether you attended our first meeting or are discovering the Leadership Lounge for the first time, you are very welcome.
