Leadership Lounge: Women’s Book Club #3
A great conversation deserves another chapter.
Join JCI Limerick for the third edition of Leadership Lounge: Women’s Book Club, a welcoming space for women to connect, exchange ideas, reflect on leadership and learn from one another through meaningful conversations about books.
This time, we will be discussing Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead by Sheryl Sandberg. Together, we will explore its ideas about women in the workplace, ambition, confidence, leadership and the barriers that can influence our professional and personal journeys.
Whether you have finished the book, are still reading it or simply want to listen and contribute to the discussion, you are welcome to join us. The goal is not to have all the answers, but to share perspectives, ask questions and learn from each other in an open and supportive environment.
We will also introduce our next book, Becoming by Michelle Obama, giving everyone an opportunity to discover what we will be reading and discussing at our next gathering.
Leadership Lounge is about more than reading. It is about building connections, encouraging personal development, creating opportunities for intercultural exchange and supporting women as they explore their own leadership journeys.
Whether you joined us for our previous meetings or this will be your first time, we would love to welcome you. No previous book club experience is necessary. Come as you are, bring your curiosity and be part of the conversation.
