    Dear JCI Members,


    We're excited to announce our new partnership with Stripe, a leading online payment processing platform. This collaboration is aimed at streamlining the management and renewal of your memberships. To access and manage your subscription, please log in to our secure portal powered by Stripe. This new system ensures a smoother, more efficient renewal process, allowing you to continue enjoying all the benefits of being a JCI member with ease. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to enhancing your membership experience through this new initiative.


    Will I be automatically charged? 

    No. You will receive an invoice to the email address you provided when you first registered, on the day your membership is due for renewal (i.e. one year after you purchased your membership). You then have 30 days to pay the invoice. If you do not want to renew your membership, you simply don't pay the invoice, but please do let us know why you are not renewing at the contact form below.


    What do I have to do?

    Nothing. If you are a current member of JCI Ireland, we will automatically set you up with a subscription using the email address that you provided when you first joined.


    What is the cancellation policy?

    You can cancel at any time using the link to Stripe subscriptions button below. You will still be a member until the date when your renewal is due. You simply will not receive an email and invoice asking you to renew your membership. If you decide to cancel, we would really appreciate it if you let us know at the contact form below. We welcome any and all feedback and are always looking to improve.


    Can I manage my subscription?

    Yes, just click the link to Stripe subsciptions button below and it will give you all the info you need on your subscription. You will be asked to login into Stripe. Please use the email that you used when purchased your membership so that Stripe knows you are the same person.
